    We'll design, build and launch a new website for your nonprofit for free (subject to limits).

  • What's the process to get a website built for my nonprofit?

    It's a simple process:


    1. Enter your information to get started.

    2. Answer a short questionnaire about what you need.

    3. Submit content for your website.

    4. Make the deposit to show your commitment.

    5. Our team builds your website, then refines it based on your feedback.

    6. After you approve, we launch!


  • Is there a limit to the number of web pages we can have on our website?

    We build up to 6 free web pages per organization, which is more than enough for most nonprofits (see sample website with 6 pages). Additional web pages will incur an extra fee. Please contact us if you have any questions.


  • Can we request revisions to our website before it launches?

    Yes, our team will make revisions to your website based on your feedback. Two (2) rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.


  • Why do you ask for a deposit?

    Since this is a free service and we don't ask for down payment, we request for a deposit as a form of commitment from nonprofits.


    The deposit is applied to the CMS and web hosting plan when your website launches and is refundable if you're not satisfied with our work.


  • How much is the CMS and web hosting fee?

  • How long will it take to build and launch our website?

    It depends on how quickly you can submit content for your website.


    After our team gets all your content, it'll take between 4 to 8 weeks to build, review, test and launch your website.


    For nonprofits with incomplete content, it can take up to 3 months (or longer) as we wait to get more information.


  • Are your websites SEO-friendly?

    Yes. Our websites have a unique architecture that makes them very SEO-friendly so they get high rankings in Google and Bing search results.

     

  • Are your websites mobile-friendly and responsive?

    Yes. Our websites are built to be compatible across different devices: desktop, tablet or phone.


  • Can we use our own CMS platform and web hosting?

    No. All our websites are built using our modern CMS platform, which is faster and easier to use compared to other platforms.


    We use a faster platform so we can help more nonprofits.

  • Can we update our own website after launch?

    Yes. After launch, we'll set up your login access to the website editor so you can make your own updates.
